This is a terrible product. The motor is weak and it stops as soon as you try to hold it in your hand and place it against your face. It's almost unusable. I would like to have this product taken back.

I'm really very satisfied; if it works, it doesn't hurt. My facial hair is thin; I haven't tried yet to see if it gives the same result on slightly thicker hair, but in short, thin hair does get cut.
