I would like to clarify the situation regarding my order. The tracking information showed that the parcel had already been delivered, but i had not received it at that time.

I contacted the delivery agent and asked him to check at their office. He confirmed that the parcel was still there and had not yet been delivered to me. I then paid the delivery fee, and he brought the parcel to me afterward.

Therefore, the parcel was marked as delivered before it actually reached me. I wanted to report this discrepancy in the delivery status.
