What I ordered arrived, the seller was super responsible, he sent the 40 razor blades. It seems that they are of good quality, we will try them out and see how they are. The seller sent what I bought from him, so he is 100% recommended to the Aliexpress community.

The number of blades that arrived is 40, but in reality there are 80 since only half are used. They cut really well and don't hurt the skin, I recommend them 100%.

I haven't tested the cutting quality of the blades yet, but they seem to be of excellent quality. I bought the box with 100 blades, and it comes in 10 small boxes with 10 packs of blades inside. The blades can split in the middle, which gives you 200 blades in total. For the price, it's an excellent deal and offers great value for money. I highly recommend it.
