The photo was taken about 15 seconds after opening the package. The part where the bristles are sticking out can be trimmed to the desired length with scissors, and there will be no problem in subsequent use. I purchased it for dust removal purposes, but the usability is quite good, and the shelves and desk area have become much cleaner. Considering the price, I feel it's a pretty good purchase. As for the product itself, the bristles are quite soft, and I think the flexibility that feels like the original brush's flexibility comes from the lightness of the material. It was to my liking. As for durability, I haven't used it for a long time yet, so I'm not sure, and regarding the store's customer service reviews, I haven't purchased anything from the store to evaluate it, nor have I encountered a situation that would warrant criticism. So, please refer to other people's reviews regarding these two points. The shipping and delivery were quite fast.
