100% recommended. To check if the jade stone is genuine, place an ice cube on it; the quartz should adapt to the same shape. If it doesn't adapt to the shape, it's not jade.

I previously ordered Guasha stones from another store, they were much thicker; this one is also made of natural stone, but it's thin.
