It arrived. Good. Well packaged and protected within the expected time and in perfect condition. Very satisfied with the purchase.

It's worthless. The steam barely comes out, and the brush, even with hair combed and dry, pulls the hair. The store, even after I'm not satisfied, wants me to pay for the return shipping. Waste of time and money. Don't buy it.
