No working i put on charge even for few hours still not working no light at all

It has a good size, adjusts to the size of my knee with Velcro, has several vibration modes, and it does get hot *be careful, it needs to be plugged in. My mom and I used it and it's very good!

It does not work despite being connected to the power supply with its original cable.
Terrible purchase and I request a refund.

Overall it heats well, good vibrations. Be careful, it must always be plugged in, otherwise it doesn't work.

For people who find it doesn't work and say that when they plug it in it turns on but then turns off, it's not that it's bad! They have to press the buttons for 3 seconds (NOT at the same time) but each one for 3 seconds, and then it will activate. The product works and I recommend it!

They are wonderful, I've already bought another one. I use it a lot for my mother-in-law who is bedridden. I recommend buying it.

The product did not come complete, the bag was missing, and the product turns on but then turns off, and the vibrator does not work. I turn it on and it turns off again. I'm sending you the video.

It comes with an adjustable strap, so it should be usable for other people as well, but it seems like a little skill is needed to wear it on the shoulder by yourself. Even when I tried to wear it on my right shoulder as a right-handed person, it didn't work well. I mainly use it on the fold that was diagnosed as osteoarthritis, so it's easy to wear it by myself. The massage vibration pattern seems to switch automatically. So far, I've been using it without any major issues, but since I work as an auto mechanic, my knees are subjected to too much stress from changing tires, which can lead to osteoarthritis, as a doctor told me. I was told to lose weight to reduce the load on my knees, but I think it's due to age-related aging and work-related factors, not because I'm overweight myself. I hope this product can alleviate some of the pain, so I keep wearing it when I have free time at home to try to heal it.

The device comes with extra strap if you want to use it on your shoulder, it has a small instruction paper as well. as for the power, when connected to the pc it can only do the vibration mode, but when connected properly to a more powerful output it can use the heating feature, the vibration mode is not as strong but its good enough for the cheap price i paid, i just hope it lasts.

Does not work. light comes on when pluged in but it does not charge! it has been changing for 4 hours and still does not work.

Group purchase (11) on March 6, 2026, received in Canada on March 15. Well packaged. A bit expensive for what I received. I hadn't realized that I had to keep the device connected to a power bank to make it work, so it's more complicated than using a magic bag that I heat up in the microwave for two minutes because the item, after testing, isn't really hot even at the highest intensity (red). In the future, I will look at the description more carefully, as I would not have made the purchase. It's my mistake. I did not have to communicate with the seller. Fast delivery to Canada.
