This is a good item for you if you fly a lot and sometimes your eardrum gets "stuck" i had my ear stuck for 3 days after a flight, then i received this item that i ordered about 2-3 weeks before.
I squeezed the bulb, inserted the ear plug and released the bulb and got instant relief.
What a great invention and i'll carry it every time i fly from now on.
