The massage is gentle for me (maybe it could be more painful for people with wider necks as it will tighten more around the neck). Very easy to use. With the straps, it stays in place well. The only thing left to know is the battery life because I had bought a massage device that only lasted 2 months (but it was a completely different model and from another seller).

The strap is soft faux leather and adjusts with a click so as not to apply too much force. The box as seen in the photo arrived destroyed, it is no longer suitable for gifting. The fingers are separated as seen in the image, but they do not move; the phalanges inside have no mechanism, only the hand does. They tighten very well and quite tightly.
