I thought it would work without the plug, but it needs to be connected to heat up, but it works 100%.

The build quality is very high! it feels like a branded product with good quality control. it heats up well. i didn’t plug in but use another cable and usb a to c connector to power it so when i turn off, simply disconnect the connector instead unplug from factory type c power socket which helps extending its service life as the socket is also a switch to control the temp. it’s not an apple product so i doubt the durability of the socket, better not to plug and unplug all the time. thank you seller, you rock!

My voltage in Brazil heats up very little and 110 doesn't specify which voltage the product uses, so I don't know if that's why it doesn't heat up as much.

It works great for my shoulder, it relieves a lot of pain and is of very good quality.
