The cardboard in the box is thick and hard, but during delivery the box still gets crushed. However, the brush was not damaged and is still working.

Very good, perfect, it arrived super fast, super well packaged and beautiful. I got it with the magical garden that I love, it's not heavy, it comes charged but includes its charger and 3 replacement heads, it has 3 vibration modes with different colors, and cleans great, which is what it's all about. There are 3 operating modes. The brush itself is not hard — I would say it's soft, but it cleans teeth well. Overall, I was satisfied with the result.
The only thing is that during operation it feels like you are in a dentist's office. 😀 Such a peculiar sound, and if you accidentally touch your teeth not with the bristles but with the back of the brush, a vibration appears, reminiscent of a dental machine (this is my personal impression).
