This is my first time using tip extensions, and they are quite easy to use. The cuticle area is a bit thin, so I think I'll need to trim it to apply it naturally. The sizes are as follows: top rows 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9; bottom rows 0, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8. It seems like it includes a lot of commonly used sizes 4 and 5!
