This time the eyelashes that arrived were terrible. I've been using the same product for two years, but now what arrived is a nightmare.

I have always ordered eyelashes from you and there were no problems; they were very chic, but this time I ordered 4 packs at once and they arrived of terrible quality, they are bald and have a thick lash band, I don't even know what to do now. The photo shows your eyelashes both before and now.
