The device performed one incomplete movement and then stopped. The seller in this case was caught off guard. The open dispute was closed despite the evidence provided, without a refund being granted. And in general, it seemed that real people were not dealing with this issue. It seemed like some kind of algorithm that automatically works in favor of the seller. Regarding the massager itself, removing the top cover visually indicated the reasons. A screw is stuck in the rotating part of the engine, the same kind that is used to tighten the cover itself. What exactly caused the device to malfunction? But for the AliExpress team, these facts are not sufficient. In the dead of winter, they don't understand what doesn't satisfy me, or is it really just an algorithm to create the illusion of working with the customer? I hope this information will be useful to someone. I do not recommend dealing with this seller.
