It arrived very quickly. The plastic and construction of the device seem to be of good quality. It works very well.

Very powerful for being so small. I liked it quite a bit. The box came in very bad condition (and I paid more for the box) but the machine works well. It doesn't remove all the hair from the roots, but it removes quite a bit.
