The seller provided the wrong destination address, and after a problem with customs clearance, I had to request a refund because it was already many days late. Furthermore, the seller wanted me to contact them and get involved in the process, wanting me to resolve a problem they had caused. Therefore, I rate the service as terrible and do not recommend it, as they did not offer any alternatives other than the option of requesting a refund!
