I recently got the eye massager with heat, music, compression, adjustable sleep mask, and it has been such a blessing! The gentle heat and air pressure really help ease eye strain after long hours of reading or working on the computer. The built-in music is surprisingly soothing and helps me relax even more-sometimes i fall asleep while using it.its very comfortable to wear, with an adjustable strap that fits well, and the foldable design makes it easy to carry when traveling. Ive noticed it helps reduce tension headaches and improves my sleep quality.this would make a thoughtful holiday or birthday gift for anyone-men or women-who deals with eye fatigue, migraines, or just needs some extra relaxation time. After reading probably a hundred reviews of heat &massage masks i ordered smart eye massager and now have used it half dozen times. I had had many headaches recently—i do get migraines but this current one isnot a migraine. More tension that had been rolling around my head. Went to eye doctor—-doesnot think itis eyes, but it is affecting eyes. Discussing with neurologist——so since we donot know the cause yet i have been tentative about using the massage feature. The massage feature felt too strong——on low——however, headaches have pretty much gone away. I also have extremely dry eyes—-so the heat and massage is good for that. But as i said the massage hasnot been exactly comfortable.this mask is a quality product and works as it should. Easy to operate while wearing once you memorize where the “buttons” are.
