The package did not include spare blades or a mesh, although I ordered the full set without the cardboard packaging. Ali refunded me only $1 for this incident, even though I lost $3. The razor does not shave very well; if the hair is thicker or longer, it pulls it out. The motor adjusts the shaving power depending on the thickness of the hair, which means the motor is not very powerful. Overall, I am disappointed.

The razor is really great, nothing to complain about, truly top-notch. It's just that during transport the head of the razor set was broken, which is a shame, but the seller refunded me 9 euros, so I don't have to send it back. So everything is fine.

It seems to be cost-effective...

I just received it and it doesn't work with the charger that came with it or with another charger of mine. I just made a return and hope they respond quickly and refund my money because I've tried several times but neither the power light turns on nor does it work and on top of that it gets very hot.

The item arrived well and quickly, but a piece was missing (spare blade).
