The package arrived quite quickly in 12 days. The box was a bit crushed, but it did not affect the product. The epilator itself was completely discharged at 0%, but charged in 1.5 hours. It works, has two modes, and overall everything is fine. A small note: the instructions are not perfect, making it difficult for an inexperienced user to understand. The machine doesn't have many revolutions but for the price it's very good, and on top of that it has several heads that you can use in different ways, not to mention the hair cutting head that you can even shave with it.

It arrived quickly (exactly 2 weeks!!), everything came complete (the box a little dented), it comes with the battery charged, with the five accessories and the shaving head, plus the charging cable. I used it for a moment to see if it works, and I didn't feel any pain (both with the shaver and the epilator), it was quite gentle.

Guy with hairy eyebrows and ears here. first time user. i was scared of using it at first but it works surprisingly well. it plucks most of those unwanted hairs much faster than i could pluck them. it stings a bit but is totally worth it. can recommend it.

Oh wow. It's a bit prickly at first, but you quickly get used to it, so you can keep using it. There are ways to control the force of pressing, direction, etc., and you'll figure it out after rolling it a few times. It's very faithful to its basic functions, yet compact, with no sloppy finishing, and comes with many accessories. At this price, there's no reason not to buy it.
