It really freezes the tip well and doesn't hurt at all because of that, and it's very powerful. At maximum power, it even burns the hair on the arm even without it being shaved, but the flash burned the hair. You can buy it, the product is very good.

I've been using it for a week. I haven't seen any results yet because it's been a short time. Painless, it heats up a bit. You can smell burnt hair. Easy to use. I'm already liking it so far. It can only be used plugged in, it's not battery-powered.

Hello, I am from El Salvador, and a few days ago I received the product. I will send you an update on my results in 8 months, so you can have an adequate review of the product.

But, with the shipping and the condition of the product, it took 13 days to arrive; it was fast and in good condition. They only charged me for the tax and customs fees, which are not shipping charges but for going through customs, a total of an additional $13.26 in dollars.

Good quality for the price. need 2 months to see proper result.

Glasses provided are not up to the standard but over all quality seems fair. can't say anything about effectiveness since did not have enough time to see the full effect. but from initial tests it seems that laser is not powerful enough to remove hair so im not sure if it's going to be effective on hair follicles

The order arrived on time, everything is in perfect condition. I tried it on setting 9, and there is no pain at all. Okay, you need to shave; if there are a few hairs left, they get slightly burned and there might be a little tingling. I'm satisfied with the result; check the effect after a month of use.

The adapter doesn't fit, it needs to be round, I can't plug it into the socket.

I liked it! The tip stays very cold at first, but I noticed that its performance decreases and it starts to heat up. Therefore, I recommend doing one area, turning it off for a few moments to cool down, and then continuing with the next area. The delivery took a while, but I understand that the Brazilian postal service is to blame for the delay.

Excellent, works well, no results yet but I've just started, feels like doing something.
There is some sparseness, I only did it twice or three times.
But it arrived well packaged with a very detailed explanation.

We used this product only once, as it arrived with the battery charged enough for a single use. Today, we tried to charge it. When i plugged it in, the display turned on, indicating that it was charging. After roughly an hour, i unplugged it and tried to use it, but it wouldn’t turn on. I plugged it back in, and it still wouldn’t switch on. I left it charging for more than 5 hours, following the instructions, but the machine still does not turn on. I also tested it in different outlets at home. It appears to be broken.
Shame, i was really excited about this machine.
I’ve requested a refund, so it depends on how it goes. I’ll come back to update here based on how well they communicate with us.

The product arrived to me very well protected. I learned about IPL technology through my ex-girlfriend, whom I left because she was more toxic than bat soup. I conducted my first two sessions with the Philips Lumea and noticed how much less hair grew back, but since the toxic one took the machine away, I bought this much more affordable device to continue, so I can talk about the comparison between both devices.
1. It is appreciated that this has a cooling area as it makes it hurt less.
2. Apparently it seems that they do the same (time will tell).
3. I would say that its weak point is ergonomics, as sometimes I accidentally press the button to change the power level.

In short, I think it's a well-made gadget and highly recommended.
