Very happy with the purchase. Vibration is very strong. I only used the scaler head once but saw immediate results on the one tooth i used it on. Got a bit scared to keep using it after seeing some negative advice but i will try using it again on the other 3 teeth i would mostly need it for. The toothbrush heads work great and getting the extra heads gives a bit of reassurance that i now have a toothbrush for a decent time. I've used it consistently for the past few weeks and haven't needed to charge it yet
