After waiting 20 days for the delivery company they hired to bring it to me, they did not want to come to the house, and in the end the item was returned to its place of origin. In the screenshot, it is clearly seen that it was put into delivery at 7:31 (they start work at 8-9 in the morning) and at 7:32 it was already marked as "absent," meaning it didn't even reach the one minute mark of being in delivery and it already indicated that I was not at home. When I received the notification of absence, I was in the living room at home having breakfast and with the phone in my hand. It seems a shame to me that they didn't answer the phone, and the two times I managed to reach them, they gave excuses that the street was not good (WHEN IT WAS) or that there was a failed delivery attempt. I tried to go pick it up myself and sent them an email asking them to leave it at a pickup point so I could go get it, but they refused and lied to me completely.

It arrived in Ukraine in 10 days. The hairdryer is excellent, quite powerful, easy to use, and looks perfect.

It was damaged from the first use, can I get a replacement?
But the hairdryer is excellent and an excellent alternative to Dyson.

Cool. First of all, a super high-quality cord, it's long, soft, with a reliable plug. Second, it's quiet, everything is as stated, it twists the strands by itself so easily and quickly, amazing. Thirdly, it's well assembled with no loose parts, pleasant to use. I haven't tested all the attachments yet, only two, but I really like it.
