The package arrived decently and i have light brown skin and i tested the colour i got # 03 i believe and it wasent bright but blended out it sets like a pretty natural-ish blush look i am happy with this product

One thing i will say is i had expected the bottle to be bigger i almost didn't see the package at first lol it looks as pictured in terms of the colour and it is a perfect consistency as well and it should appear more vibrant with more then one coat (so for the black girls yes it does work on darker skin depending on colour)
