It arrives in unfortunate conditions, they need to improve the packaging as it has no protection.

Amazing quality

Not original, but a fake, the product arrived damaged both in packaging and itself, practically doesn't dry gel, doesn't work / missing sensor for turning on the lamp manually, ordered three lamps and one of them doesn't work, the second one shines poorly and the third one is normal.

Broken. The box comes destroyed and the lamp doesn't turn on even when plugged in.

Very bad, do not dry gelpolish. If you want return item, you need pay for shipping..

Beautiful lamp, faithful to the images but arrived with the box destroyed, I was afraid it wouldn't work but luckily it's fine. Let's see how long it will last though. Please try to make better and more careful packaging! Thank you.
