It comes with a part of the blade broken off. In the photos, you can see that several teeth on the blade are missing and that it retains the original oil, with NO dirt at all.
I bought it on recommendation, but looking at the condition it comes in, I do not recommend it, as it can cause pulling or even unwanted cuts.
