Arrived quickly. Although the box arrived a bit dented, everything inside is intact. I chose the 12 Gear version. There is an instruction manual with a description. The only thing missing is information on how to properly care for it. I still need to learn how to use it correctly, because even on the lowest setting it made smoke. Overall, I'm satisfied.

I love it!! Exceptional product, it feels good on the body. Use level 10-15 max at first... level 20 is very, very strong!! It sometimes leaves marks with high pressure, but you just need to adjust the level.
